Professional Goals

Goals: 

Teach Microsoft Certification Materials 2 Hours per week.
My ultimate goal is to get 90% of my students passing the End of Pathway Microsoft Certification Assessments. 

1. Be consistent and focus on ultimate goal. 

2. Teach students the materials and give practice assessments.

Strategies:

Prioritize the standards for EOP. 

Make time to get the lessons in daily. 
Prepare extra practice, study guides, and take home instructional materials.

Accountability: 

After doing a lesson talk to allow students to reflect in materials.

Do a self-evaluation on what how I felt about lesson.

Conduct weekly reviews.
